I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its new-fashioned and reasonably spacious room and affable stuff. Location: the venue was very close to Morelia's central historical district, malls, and the historic sites. The food I tried was great and they have plenty of meals to choose from.

the room was quiet and huge with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. the location was favourable, for example, palace of art was just a short walk away from the hotel. the staff was amicable all the time.

The room was very dark, the breakfast was nothing special.

We loved the breakfast at the hotel, it was excellent! The staff worked hard to ensure the food was constantly replenished, even though it got crowded on the weekends. The rooms were huge and had all the necessary amenities, including an iron and ironing board. We enjoyed the decent-sized swimming pool at the hotel. The location was great, being close to everything in the city and just a 15-minute taxi ride away from downtown. There were also plenty of chain restaurants and a multiplex cinema within walking distance.

For us, the layout of the room was not ideal. The desk was located next to the door and was too small, while the luggage rack should have been in that position instead.

Upon our arrival we asked if they could put our rooms near the pool because we had small went to a party, it turns out that only one because as it was busy and sent us as the most neglected rooms and far awayBut the biggest problem and still waiting for the manager to communicate with a servant for attention and has not done so being that the girl at the reception said that the manager would dial me instead of calling the housekeeper and see what happened, In my daughter's room when we had breakfast in the dining room, they entered the room, took the key that she left for the light and took the bath towels. I signed a document of responsibility and to top it off, they made coffee in the room.

Bedding is very good.

The room smells bad. The stuffs have very poor English. We booked prepaid room, but were charged at check-in. The reception could not explain to us why in English. Very frustrating. We are waiting for our credit card statement to find out whether we are double charged. We stayed for a week. We had breakfast between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Lots of food containers are empty. I could not get hot water for tea for two mornings because the staffs are too busy to bring foods to table.
